Live Stream Production

Live Stream
Done Properly

Multi-camera live stream production for conferences, product launches, panel events, and corporate broadcasts. Cinema-quality cameras, professional switching, broadcast-grade output.

Broadcast-Grade from Brief to Stream

Three components that make a live stream look and sound like broadcast production rather than a webcam pointed at a stage.

Multi-Camera

  • URSA 12K and BMPCC 6K as live sources
  • Wide, medium and tight angles
  • Real-time switching
  • Not a single webcam pointed at a stage

Streaming Setup

  • Professional encoder and switcher
  • Direct stream to YouTube Live, LinkedIn, or custom RTMP
  • Backup stream path for resilience

Audio

  • Mixed audio feed into stream
  • Wireless mics for presenters
  • Audience mic where needed
  • Clean audio is non-negotiable for live broadcast

Live Production That Doesn't Drop

Live streaming is unforgiving. The difference between a smooth broadcast and a disaster is preparation — and the right setup on the day.

01

Multi-camera switching

A properly produced live stream has the visual energy of broadcast TV. Wide for context, close-ups for engagement, cutaways for product or slide content. Single-camera streams look like security footage.

02

Reliable encoding and delivery

Stream dropout ruins an event. The encoding setup runs primary and backup paths, tested at venue in advance — not on the day for the first time.

03

Simultaneous recording

The same cameras feeding the live stream record clean isolated footage. Post-event edit from the same shoot, no additional setup required.

04

Pre-event technical rehearsal

Run-throughs matter for live production. I build pre-event testing into every live stream brief so there are no surprises during the broadcast.

Live Stream Questions

Common questions about live stream production for events and what's included.

What platforms can you stream to?

YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, Vimeo, or any custom RTMP destination. Multiple simultaneous destinations where required.

How far in advance do you need at the venue?

Typically 2–3 hours before the event for setup, testing, and a presenter run-through. Complex setups or larger venues may need a pre-event site visit.

Can you provide an edited recording after the event?

Yes. Isolated camera recordings from the live stream are available for a post-event edit — highlights package, full replay, or cut-down social clips.

What's the day rate?

£995/day — multi-camera setup, live switching, stream encoding, recording, operator. Travel and connectivity costs depend on the venue location.
